How we work

We built the company around the two complaints we kept hearing

The first was the price: an estimate that looked reasonable and then grew by a third once the walls were open. The second was silence: an owner abroad, a foreman who answers every fourth message, and a site nobody can see. Everything about how we run a project comes from those two problems — the estimate is an annex to the contract, and the site reports itself to you every single working day.

  • We quote what it really costs

    A low estimate that grows later is a sales technique, not a price. We would rather lose the job at the quote stage than argue with you in month three.

  • Our own people do the work

    Tiling, joinery, electrics and painting are done by crews on our payroll. Specialist trades — pool, landscape, structural — are long-standing partners, contracted through us and warrantied by us.

  • We say no when it is right

    If a layout will not get a permit, if a material will not survive August, or if replacing fronts beats replacing the whole kitchen — we say so, even when the honest answer is the smaller invoice.

  • We come back

    Two years of warranty is a promise you only make if you intend to answer the phone in year two. We do, and the warranty is written into the contract, not into a brochure.

About the company

Are you licensed to do this work in Dubai?
Yes. We hold a UAE technical services and building contracting licence, which is what buildings and the Municipality ask for before they issue a contractor NOC or a permit. Licence details and trade licence copy are provided with every contract.
Who actually turns up on my site?
A project manager who owns the object end to end, a foreman on site daily, and our own crews. You get their names and numbers on day one, and they do not change mid-project unless someone leaves the company.
Do you work with designers and architects?
Constantly. Roughly a third of our projects arrive with drawings from another studio, and we build to them. We also produce the design ourselves when a client would rather have one team.
What areas of Dubai do you cover?
All of Dubai, and Sharjah and Abu Dhabi for larger villa programmes. Most of our work is in Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, JVC, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Al Barsha and Arabian Ranches.
