What helps us answer faster
What should I send with my first message?
The floor plan if you have one, a few photographs of the current state, the building or community name, the approximate area in square metres, and when you would like the work to start and finish. With that we can give a price band the same day.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, anywhere in Dubai, and there is no obligation attached to it. We measure, photograph, check the services and come back with a line-by-line estimate within two working days. Plenty of people use it as a second opinion on another contractor's quote, and that is fine.
I am not in the UAE right now — can we still start?
Yes. We can survey the property with the agent, the building or a key-holder, run the estimate and the design remotely, and start once you have signed. Half our clients begin exactly this way.
