Most kitchen problems in Dubai are not about taste. They are doors that swell in August humidity, a worktop measured before the carcasses were level, an extractor that has nowhere to vent, and a dishwasher whose drain was never planned. We build kitchens for this climate, and we own every step, so there is nobody to blame but us.

What we do

Everything a kitchen needs, from one contract

Whether it is a kitchen inside a full apartment renovation or a standalone replacement in an occupied home, the scope is the same.

  • Design & 3D

    Measured survey, layout options, ergonomics, a full 3D visual and a material board with real samples before anything is cut.

  • Manufacturing

    Carcasses, fronts, internal fit-out and bespoke elements produced in our Al Quoz workshop — no third-party factory, no shipping delays.

  • Stone & surfaces

    Quartz, quartzite, porcelain and natural marble worktops, waterfall ends, book-matched splashbacks, templated and installed by our own stone team.

  • Appliances

    Supply and integration of Bosch, Siemens, Miele, Smeg and others — or installation of appliances you have bought yourself, with the warranty intact.

  • Services behind the cabinets

    Water, drainage, sockets, extraction and lighting circuits reworked to the new layout and tested before the fronts go on.

  • Removal & install

    Old kitchen stripped out, waste removed, new kitchen fitted, adjusted and cleaned. Usually three to five days on site.

How it goes

Four steps to a working kitchen

  1. Survey & 3D

    We measure the room, check the risers, the extraction route and the power, then draw two or three layouts with a full 3D visual.

  2. Materials & fixed price

    You choose fronts, stone and hardware from real samples. The quote becomes fixed and the drawing is signed off.

  3. Manufacturing

    Three to five weeks in our workshop. Services on site are reworked in parallel so nothing waits for anything.

  4. Install & handover

    Strip-out, installation, stone template and fit, appliance integration, adjustment and a final clean. Three to five days on site.

Questions

What people ask about kitchens

Can you replace a kitchen without renovating the whole apartment?
Yes — it is about half of our kitchen work. We protect the floor and the route from the lift, strip out the old kitchen, rework the services behind it, install the new one and take the debris away. The apartment stays liveable throughout, and the noisy part is two days, not two weeks.
Which worktop survives Dubai best?
Quartz and porcelain are the safest: they do not stain, do not etch and tolerate heat and humidity. Natural marble is beautiful and will patina — if you want it, we will seal it and tell you honestly how it ages. Quartzite is the compromise most of our clients settle on.
Do I need a permit for a new kitchen?
Not if the kitchen stays where it is. Moving the sink or adding a new water and drainage point means moving plumbing, which needs a developer NOC and, depending on the building, a Dubai Municipality permit. We file both.
Can I buy the appliances myself?
Yes. Send us the model numbers at drawing stage so the cabinetry is built to the right cut-outs and clearances, and have them delivered before installation week. Manufacturer warranties stay with you and our installation warranty still applies.
What happens if a door warps or a hinge fails later?
Two years on our joinery and installation, and manufacturer warranties on hardware — Blum and Hettich hinges and runners are covered for life. One message and we come and replace it.
